         COMPANY HISTORY

The Walsh Group (TWG) is home to two important contributors to U.S. drug-free workplaces and drug-testing policy. Together they have attained almost 50 years of experience in this field. With their expert guidance, The Walsh Group has been a leader in consulting on drug-free workplaces and workplace drug-testing policy since it’s founding in 1993.

Knowledge and experience drive the drug-free workplace and workplace drug-testing policy work at The Walsh Group. Clients who have utilized TWG’s workplace consulting services include the United States Small Business Administration, The Washington Post, Imperial Oil, Hoffman-La Roche, and Uniroyal Technologies.

Through their many years of experience working in this field, TWG recognized the need for more cost-effective and user-friendly drug-free workplace education and training options. Thus, TWG has developed two new courses to help employers in their efforts to maintain a drug-free workplace.

The Employee Education Course provides employees with essential information on the dangers of drug use and the importance maintaining a drug-free workplace, as well as information on DOT regulations and how to find help if someone has a problem.

The Supervisor Training Course teaches supervisors how to effectively execute and monitor a drug-free workplace. It includes important information on how to detect employee drug use in the workplace and how to resolve issues related to employee drug use.

These web-based courses are both informative and user-friendly. They are ideal for drug-free workplace employee education and supervisor training for your current staff. They are also convenient for use as a pre-employment requirement when hiring new employees.
