Do I need to download anything onto my computer?
Yes, you will need the Adobe Reader and Adobe Flash player. If you do not already have these players installed on your computer, you will need to download and install them. The downloads are free.
Do I need an Internet connection to run this program?
Yes. It is also highly recommended that a high-speed internet connection be utilized; otherwise, some aspects of the program may not load properly.
What happens if my expiration date passes and I have not finished the program?
Each license is valid for thirty days from the time a User ID is assigned. If a user does complete the program within the thirty day period, then a new license must be ordered.
What is your Refund Policy?
After a license is purchased, the company has 72 hours to return the User ID and Password information to The Walsh Group (via phone) to receive a full refund. This refund is only available, however, if no User IDs have been assigned to employees. After the 72 hours has expired, or any time after a User ID has been assigned, a refund is no longer available.
